Payment For Hotel Rooms:
Payment for Hotel Rooms is by Bank Transfer to our Company Bank Account. We provide you with the Hotel provided confirmation# that you can verify with the Hotel that your booking has been made and then payment is normally made to us 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Once payment is complete we will send you your payment confirmation that we have received the payment to our account.
Payment For Golf Only:
Payment for your Phuket Golf portion may be made in different ways.
#1- You may pay us in Thai Baht Cash or Master Card & Visa Credit Cards each day you play when you arrive at the Phuket Golf Course, just prior to tee-time. Payment is to our driver or our representative who greets you at the golf course, and in both cases they will have an encrypted portable credit card machine for your convenience.
#2- You may pay us in Thai Baht Cash or Master Card & Visa Credit Cards upon your arrival on the first day, or first day you play.
#3- You may pay us in advance with the Hotel Transfer payment for all, or a portion of the golf amount.
We are very flexible and accommodating for our guests to make it as easy as possible and comfortable as possible for first time guests to play golf in Phuket and allow our guests to pay as they play.
Taxes & Fees:
Our quoted Phuket Golf & Hotel pricing already includes all Taxes & and we do not charge credit card fees or upcharges.
Deposits:
#1- We do not require a deposit or advance payment for any bookings made for “Golf Only” packages.
#2- We do require the hotel payment in advance as the Hotel requires us to pay them in advance of your arrival but almost all hotels offer free cancellations prior to 7 days before arrival and charge only a 1 night room fee if cancellation made less than 7 days before your arrival date.
Refunds:
We provide full refunds to guests who cancel their Hotel portion of the Phuket Golf & Hotel Package if cancelled more than 7 days in advance of arrival and we would only deduct the 1 day’s fee charged to us by the Hotel for any cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival. Refunds would be provided via bank transfer and you would receive the money back in your account within 4 business days.
